1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.

During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended.

We reserve the right to delay shipment for:

  • Address verification

2. Shipping Time Estimates

Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping method:

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • Europe: 7–18 business days

  • Other International Destinations: 10–20 business days

3. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.

Tracking updates may take several business days to appear in the carrier’s system.

If you do not receive tracking information within 7 business days after order confirmation, please contact us.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for:

These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

5. Delivery Delays

We are not liable for delays once the shipment has been handed over to the carrier.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once tracking shows that the package has been delivered, we are not responsible for:

  • Delivery issues at the destination

If you believe your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in initiating a carrier investigation.

8. Partial Shipments

In some cases, orders may be shipped separately due to inventory availability.

Customers will receive separate tracking numbers where applicable.

9. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement.

After processing or shipment has begun, changes may no longer be possible.
